The sentencing for reputed drug lord Christopher "Dudus" Coke was again postponed Friday afternoon in a Manhattan Federal Court in New York.
There is disagreement between the prosecutors and Coke's attorneys over what evidence can be used to sentence Coke.
As a result a fresh hearing has been set for May 22 to determine what evidence can be used in deciding what sentence will be imposed.
It's expected that a new sentencing date will be announced after that hearing.
